We loved the fine Victorian features and cozy rooms with beautiful views. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were great, providing a unique and accommodating experience. The location was relatively close to the center city life and also away from noisy areas, great to explore areas we might not have otherwise.

Impressive architecture and design, excellent reception, dining area, cosy bar, and beautiful library on the 1st floor. Great breakfast with continental and hot cooked options, served with a smile. Helpful and friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful location, ideal for accessing city center and tourist spots.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to walk to popular attractions. Guests mentioned that it was close enough to the city to walk to the attractions, but far enough to be quiet in the evenings. it is within walking distance of the center, but without being around the noisy bars.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street just minutes away from the main attractions and with everything in easy walking distance. The staff worked so hard to provide a great service, from the room amenities to the delicious breakfast. The hotel also had a leisure library and garden area, which was a nice touch and provided a great place to relax.
If you are looking for a great place to stay with incredible service, this hotel is definitely for you!

Our room at B+B Edinburgh was spacious and beautifully decorated with Victorian charm. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The bar room and old library were cozy and comfortable spaces to relax in. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the view from the dining area was fine. The location was nice, although a bit further from the city center than expected. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the coffee quality and a temperamental shower, our overall experience was positive.
